Er, Sorry about that.
No, I've still been keeping up stories, somewhat, but I've been more interested in art, lately. With art, I can tell a short part of a story with the picture, short enough not to lose my (admittedly) short attention span, and stories that make me laugh and/or smile. I've never really liked "tragedy," really. (Though I admit that it does have its uses--I just think that tragedy is way overdone in our world) Now, however, I'm coming to the understanding that my really good ideas (at least on the art arena, but it might be elsewhere as well) are the ones that make me smile or laugh. Certainly humor "frees" me when I'm writing anything--if I have the laughter going on somewhere in my head, I actually write more. Whether or not the story turns out to be very much good, well, that's another story, but I think that I'll keep trying along that vein.
Hmm . . . I wonder if humor would help me get back into writing music . . .
